Council letters; I'm so tired and depressed after a years hard work on my garden finding & cleaning the beautiful bottles(part of the grieving process for my father) the council are determined to make me remove them.

 I have had quite a few visits from the council housing officers and I have always tryed to acconadate their concerns. But a fire risk in the middle of this deluge, is a bit rich
